I enjoy the comradery of the women in I Race Like a Girl. There are women of all ages and all abilities and we are all so very supportive of each other in all we do. There is a bond that women build with each other that is incredibly special and cannot be matched. I Race Like a Girl is a group that helps bring that bond together.

I have been a member of Girls Get Gritty for 2 years. I have really enjoyed getting to know like-minded women from all over the country who support each other and provide endless pools of knowledge about this sport. The gravel camps I attended taught me several new skills. I love meeting teammates at races - I would have been on my own at two different events if it wouldn't have been for the women I have met. I joined IRLAG in 2020, and I can honestly say it's changed my life. I have met my dearest friends through this team, raced with teammates all over the world, enjoyed training camps and training sessions with like-minded athletes, and most importantly, found a community of women who love sport as much as I do and don't think I'm crazy for wanting to swim, bike, run all the time. Joining the all-girls triathlon team has been an absolute game-changer for me. From the moment I joined, I felt welcomed and supported by a diverse group of women who are not just passionate about triathlons, but about uplifting each other every step of the way. No matter your background or skill level, there's a place for you here. The fellow team members are incredibly supportive, offering encouragement both on and off the race course. Whether you're a seasoned triathlete or a complete beginner, you'll find mentors who are eager to share their knowledge and experience. We also have regular meet-ups at races, which are not only a blast, but also a great opportunity to bond with teammates and cheer each other on. Overall, I can't recommend this all-girls triathlon team enough. Joining was one of the best decisions I've made for my triathlon journey, and I'm grateful to be part of such an inspiring and empowering community.

It was initially the very cool standout kits that grabbed my attention and made me look into this team. I had discovered an amazing supportive network of female athletes that strive to lift each other up. The support starts at the top with the founder, pro triathlete Angela Naeth, who is committed to the success and growth of not just the team as an entire entity, but to each athlete individually. The swag, giveaways, social media groups, Zwift e-racing, zoom meetings and education, and training camps are just a few of the cherries on top of this team membership. I've had the privilege of meeting amazing women from all over that inspire me. I've become a better athlete as a direct result of my involvement in this team.

I finally feel like I've found my tribe! My goals may ebb and flow throughout the seasons, but Girls Get Gritty is always there for it. I've found a group of friends, both virtual and IRL that just get it! They offer support and encouragement, whether it's a challenging workout, a fun ride, or a grueling race. And I've learned so much from the educational events and team members' experience, from bike fit to gear choices and even what to eat when – GGG has definitely helped me improve my game. Plus, the swag bags and team kits are fab!

I joined Girls Get Gritty two years ago and so happy I did! It's a supportive group of women athletes of all ages and all skill levels. Angela Naeth, the pro that created the group, is accessible to everyone and provides knowledge from all her experiences. We have zoom sessions with all the vendors we have access to through the team to learn more about their products. There are opportunities for camps which are a fun time to get together with other women doing this sport of gravel racing. The other team, I Race Like a Girl, is for Tri-Athletes. This year I've taken advantage of 1:1 coaching and I'm getting so much stronger and confident in my abilities.
